Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. You also have the right to question whether the processing is appropriate for its purpose and to learn the third parties to whom your data has not been transferred.
